Re: Sunrise Review Process for LD 1240 “Resolve, Directing the Commissioner of Professional and Financial Regulation To Conduct a Sunrise Review Regarding a Proposal To License Wetland Scientists” "As a first step in the sunrise review process, we have enclosed a survey instrument designed to elicit basic information on the issues and the positions of interested parties on all aspects of the proposal to create a new regulatory program for wetland scientists. The survey can also be found on the Department’s website at http://www.maine.gov/pfr/legislative/index.htm ." The survey is also available here. |
